Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed an agreement with Maldives Hajj Corporation towards the development of their 8 storey building in Hulhumale’. The agreement was signed by the Managing Director of Hajj Corporation Ismail Hameed and the Managing Director of HDC Suhail Ahmed.
This new building of Hajj Corporation is set be developed in a 5,000 sqft land plot in front of Amin Avenue Oak in Hulhumale’ and is scheduled to be completed within three years.
Hulhumalé is the Maldives’ largest and most ambitious urban development project, with HDC in charge of overall planning. HDC is currently working towards completing the Hulhumalé project entirely by 2033 to become the nation’s first sustainable venture with projects of hospitality, industrial, recreational, commercial and residential undertaken.
