Hulhumale Hospital has inaugurated MRI services on 28th April 2019. The service was introduced during a ceremony held in the hospital by the Minister of Health, Mr. Abdulla Ameen.
Speaking in the ceremony, the Minister highlighted the necessity of staying healthy and that more work needs to be done on an individual level in order to stay healthy. The Minister advised the public to stay healthy and safe during the upcoming Ramadan and rainy weather.
Mr. Ameen further explained that CT scanning and Mammography services will soon be introduced at Hulhumale Hospital. The radiology department of Hulhumale Hospital currently offers ultrasound scanning and X-ray services.
