Housing Development Corporation Ltd (HDC) has opened submissions for an Expression of Interest (EOI) in the development and operation of a yacht marina and cruise terminal in Phase II of Hulhumale’.
According to HDC, the company received an Expression of Interest (EOI) from an interested party, and wanted to extend equal opportunity to other proponents for the development.
The duly completed document set should be submitted as per the prescribed format in ‘Stage 1 – Submission of Interest’ of the ‘Investment Guideline’. The Investment Guideline will be available on the HDC website.
The EOI can be submitted via e-mail or to the address specified below, on or before 15:30 hrs of 16th December 2020.
