Telecommunications service provider Ooredoo Maldives has welcomed Mr. Najib Khan as their new Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Najib Khan is a veteran of the telecommunications industry, with over 25 years of experience and has previously fulfilled positions such as the Home and Office Business CEO of Bharti Airtel Limited, and as the head of the Commercial Division Business Service Team of the Ooredoo Group.
Mr. Vikram Singha, the previous CEO of Ooredoo Maldives has been transposed as the Managing Director. Mr. Vikram Singha stated that he was privileged to have had the chance to improve the Ooredoo brand as the CEO of Ooredoo Maldives and expressed hope that Mr. Najib Khan would rally further progress and continue to improve the company.
The Chairman of Ooredoo Maldives Board, Mr. Khalid Al Mahmoud stated that Mr. Vikram Singha’s tenure as CEO has brought continuous improvement to the company and that he hopes Mr. Najib Khan’s tenure would continue to take Ooredoo Maldives forward towards more success.
