Ooredoo Supernet fixed broadband services has been introduced in R. Dhuvaafaru with speeds up to 100mbps.

Ooredoo stated that high-speed broadband internet has been playing an important role in social and economic development where the company has aimed to provide high-speed broadband internet services at affordable prices throughout the Maldives. The company further stated that the residents of R. Dhuvaafaru will be able to use its services at the most affordable prices in the market while also offering a 12-month instalment plan for the Supernet router.
Ooredoo has been successful in its efforts to provide high-speed broadband internet to R. Dhuvaafaru where the company has a special offer for the customers of the island who choose Ooredoo Supernet before this year end. Thereby, no connection fee is applicable for the residents of the island to provide more convenience in obtaining the service while Satlink private limited has partnered as the Infrastructure partner of Ooredoo.
A variety of Supernet packages are available ranging from speeds of 2mbps to 100mbps to be used for various purposes. The packages are also optimised to improve the experience of applications such as Facebook, Youtube and Netflix which are famous among the Maldivians.
