An open day was held on 22nd February 2019 in G.Dh Thinadhoo in order to enroll staff for the pre-opening of the resort established in Dhigurah by The Residence Maldives. People from Thinadhoo and different parts of Gaafu Dhaalu atoll visited the event to inquire and apply for jobs.
The aim of the event was to hire employees for the pre-opening stage and is part of a series of recruitment events to be held in different islands of the atoll as per the Human Resource Manager, Mr. Moosa Naseer. Walk-in interviews were held along with processing of recruitment during the event.
Open days had been previously held in Male’ City and Addu City to enlist employees for The Residence Maldives, Dhigurah. Such events are planned to be carried out in GA atoll in the near future. Dhigurah is the largest resort in Huvadhoo Atoll and is connected to Falhumaafushi via a bridge of 1km and contains 173 villas with an attached pool per villa.
