Saudi Arabia’s Representative Arrives as Independence Day Guest of Honour

- Prince Dr Mansour bin Mutaib bin Abdulaziz Al Saud arrived in the Maldives as Guest of Honour for the 61st Independence Day.
- He represents Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman at President Muizzu's invitation, received by Foreign Minister Iruthisham Adam.
- The visit highlights Saudi Arabia's participation in national celebrations and ongoing engagement between the two countries.
Saudi Arabia’s Minister of State and Cabinet Member, Prince Dr Mansour bin Mutaib bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has arrived in the Maldives to attend the country’s 61st Independence Day celebrations as Guest of Honour.
Prince Mansour is representing Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud at the invitation of President Dr Mohamed Muizzu.
He was received at Velana International Airport by Foreign Minister Iruthisham Adam and Principal Secretary to the President on Foreign Relations Mohamed Naseer.
The visiting dignitary was also accorded a guard of honour by the Maldives National Defence Force upon his arrival.
The visit reflects Saudi Arabia’s participation in the Maldives’ national celebrations and the continuing engagement between the two countries.
