Sri Lankan airlines has decided to begin its routes to the second most populous city of Australia, Melbourne. According to Sri Lankan airlines, they are targeting to commence this non-stop flight from Colombo to Melbourne on 29th October 2017.
With the beginning of this route, it is expected to be beneficial for the Australian tourists who wishes to come to Maldives as well since there are 3 to 4 flights from Colombo to Male’ daily. Moreover, this is also good news for Maldivians since there are a lot of individuals who goes to Australia for higher studies.
