SriLankan Airline partners with “Booking.com” to provide customers with the opportunity to book flights and hotels together. According to the airline, this joint service was launched on 18 September 2017. A promotion of FlySmiles, the earning miles system for frequent passengers of SriLankan airlines, will be carried out in connection with the launch. In this promotion, FlySmiles members will earn double miles when they book flights with hotels and it will run until November 2017.
Customers will be able to book hotels directly from the website when they are booking flights and they will not be required to go through any other website. A huge number of hotels, apartments, villas and luxury rooms can be booked through the website now.
SriLankan airline has been putting ample efforts in improving services provided by the company. Introducing new services and routes are part of this effort.
