Tree Top Hospital developed in Hulhumale’ by Tree Top Investments, the joint venture by Kasa Holdings Pvt Ltd, Champa Brothers, Crown Company and Kuredu Holdings has commenced operations on 1st March 2018.
The tertiary hospital, which is a USD 110 million investment, is equipped with 210 beds, the latest technology, and equipment. This is the first ultra-modern hospital in the Maldives built by a private company.
Specialists have been recruited to provide open heart surgery procedures, which is a first in the Maldives. Doctors from 34 countries and 6 continents have been recruited. The hospital, which currently staffs 403 employees, started its operations with 100 nurses and multi-specialists and 40 doctors.
Appointments for the doctors at Tree Top Hospital will be available from the hospital’s clinic, TTH Central Clinic based in capital Male’. The Marketing Brand and Communications Manager, Ifthan Maumoon stated that appointments can be made via the clinic or over the phone, on their Contact Center number 3351610. Operating hours of Contact Center is from 08:00Hrs – 22:00 hrs every day. TTH Central Clinic will be open every day from Saturday to Thursday from 0900 to 1300 hrs, and from 1700 to 2100 hrs. The Clinic will be closed on Fridays.
The hospital’s clinic is located on the ground floor of Champa Central Hotel. Patients will be charged MVR 750 for the doctor’s appointment; however, locals will be charged at a 30% discounted price of MVR 525. The Tree Top Hospital OPD will be open from 09:00-21:00 hrs from Saturday to Thursday. OPD is closed on Fridays.
Tree Top hospital will be managed by the famous Malaysian based Health Care company, Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care who currently manages famous hospitals in Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Asian countries.
