Bank of Maldives has promised to increase their investments in Addu and offer more employment opportunities. The announcement was made during the opening ceremony of BML’s new contact centre in Addu.
During the ceremony at the Bank’s Gan branch, BML CEO Andrew Healy stated that the bank’s investments in Addu will be upgraded and expanded, along with the new contact centre and self-service ATMs, and that the employment opportunities in the region will double as a result.
‘Aharenge Bank’ is a nationwide campaign to underline the Bank’s commitment to, and bond with, the communities and people of Maldives. To kick off this campaign, the Bank has been presenting a community-related initiative or event each day during February.
