State Trading Organization and Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure signed an agreement today to relocate block 393 warehouses to Male’ Industrial Village.
The agreement was signed at a special ceremony held today at the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure. Managing Director of STO, Mr. Ahmed Shaheer signed on behalf of STO, while Minister of Housing and Infrastructure, Mr. Mohamed Muizzu signed on behalf of the Ministry. STO will be building a state-of-the-art multi-storey warehouse at Industrial Village Block Number 05.
STO has detailed that the main purpose of relocating the warehouse to Male’ Industrial Village is to promote the most efficient logistical solutions possible. They also stated that the current warehousing space being used within male’ could then be used for other developmental purposes for the city.
