Maldives Pension Administration Office (MPAO) has recently launched the ‘Koshaaru’ portal designed to provide online pension services.
The portal is an easy way for the public to access the services of the office. According to the Pension Office, individuals can access services via the portal anywhere at any time. The portal also includes a live chat feature for further ease and convenience.
The office has made arrangements to provide a wide range of services via the portal. In this regard, special services will be available to members of the retirement pension scheme, pensioners and employers through the portal. Furthermore, if registered under the pension scheme, the portal will provide services to check the details of their account and change their portfolios.
The Office has also established resources such as calculators to be used to plan pensions and check details of the benefits of the scheme.
According to the Pension Office, the purpose of the portal is to make it easier and more convenient for those seeking services.
