Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) has started the International Culinary Challenge today at Dharubaaruge. FHAM Culinary challenge is the biggest platform that showcases the artistry of various chefs. The event organized by Dhivehi Expo has received a colorful feedback from the hospitality industry by exceeding the previous milestones. With over 450 chefs and 20 different classes, the challenge has gathered individuals from 50 resort islands.
FHAM Culinary has associated with various institutions such as World Association of Chefs and Societies (WACS), Chefs Guilds of Maldives (CGM), Chefs Guilds of Lanka (CGL), Ministry of Tourism, Maldives National Chamber of Commerce and Industries (MNCCI) and Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies of the University of Maldives.
