Bank of Maldives to Conduct their AGM on 23rd August

Bank of Maldives (BML) has scheduled to conduct their Annual General Meeting (AGM) of 2016 on 23rd August, Wednesday.

According to BML, all the preparations relevant to their AGM has been accomplished; however, they have not revealed the location yet.

According to a statement published by the board of Bank of Maldives on March month, they will be distributing MVR 20 per share as divided totaling to MVR 107.60 Million. Last year, MVR 17 per share totaling MVR 91.4 Million was distributed as dividend, resulting in an increase of 18% this year compared to last year.

Bank of Maldives revealed that they gained MVR 1.02 Billion as clean profit last year.
