Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has launched an online portal “My Hulhumalé” targeted for its customers.
“My Hulhumalé” was introduced during the Mansa Volume 01 Talk Show held last Thursday.
The portal can be used to obtain information about the services from HDC and to contact them. It can also be used to request for the municipal services they provide. The updates of municipal services can be checked via SMS and online.
According to HDC, the portal is digitalized to take print of the documents. And customers can pay for the services through online facilities. Moreover, customers can also give their feedback using the portal.
