PCB Appoints Shazuhath Latheef to AgroNet Board

The Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) has appointed Shazuhath Latheef to the Board of Directors of Agro National Corporation Limited (AgroNet).

PCB appointed Shazuhath to the board today as the Accounting and Finance member.

Shazuhath has served as a Budget Analyst at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of State Shareholding Companies since 2017. Her responsibilities include formulating annual budgets, evaluating baseline budgets, analysing expenditure, managing budget controls and conducting fiscal risk assessments.

She also provides budget-related guidance to government institutions and contributes to the preparation of key fiscal documents, including the Budget Statistics Book and Fiscal Risk Statement.

Shazuhath holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West of England.
