SJ Constructions has announced the opening of bookings for their project, the “SJ Nove Residence,” a condominium development situated in Hulhumale’ Phase One.
With a track record of constructing five hundred high-rise apartments and social housing, SJ Constructions aims to cater to various preferences with three categories of apartments: typical, deluxe, and penthouses. Prices range from MVR 2.4 million to MVR 9 million, depending on the apartment type.
The condominium complex is set to offer an array of facilities, including a 1500-acre infinity pool, children’s pool, and jacuzzi. The announcement follows the success of SJ Constructions’ previous project, ‘SJ Creek,’ where all 115 apartments were swiftly booked within a week of opening. With over 70 percent of the construction completed, SJ Creek serves as a testament to the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
