The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) has requested proposals (RFPs) to construct stands representing Maldives at two prominent international travel fairs: ITB China 2024 in Shanghai and Riyadh Travel Fair 2024 in Saudi Arabia.
For the ITB China 2024, scheduled at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center from May 27th to 29th, MMPRC is seeking proposals for constructing a stand measuring 15m x 26.4m and spanning 396 square meters.
Interested parties must register by May 2nd, 2024, and submit their proposals via email by May 6th, 2024.
Similarly, for the Riyadh Travel Fair 2024, set to take place at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center from May 27th to 29th, 2024, MMPRC invites proposals for a stand covering 120 square meters, with dimensions of 6m x 20m and designated as Stand Number A-4.
The registration deadline is May 2nd, 2024, with proposal submissions due May 9th, 2024.
Both RFPs include pre-bid meetings or information sessions, which will provide further details to interested bidders. These meetings are scheduled for May 2nd, 2024.
The RFPs specify that eligible tenderers may include sole proprietors, private entities, registered companies, or government-owned entities, individually or in joint ventures. Tenderers must ensure that their company registration certificates are provided in English, accompanied by an English translation, and signed by an authorized signatory.
